Tremendous strides have been taken to allow restaurants to benefit from the Ocean Wise seal of approval and the next step in advocating change is to start at the very beginning with talented young chefs at the start of their careers.

Co-founded by Shannon Ronalds and Chef Robert Clark of C Restaurant, the School of Fish Foundation’s first fund raising initiative is our Plastic Dining Room.
